DO NOT HIRE! He is a fraud. I hired Mike Zois to install residential fire suppression system for my property in Annapolis MD. He disappered after collecting a deposit of 1,400. I called, emailed and texted him multiple times but he ignored my calls and never showed up to completed by work. He claimed to have drawn plans and surveys but could not provide them. I had to terminate the contract after 7 weeks. I will definitely file a small claim suit against him. Not trustworthy, will rip you off. Beware. I wish I am allowed to give 0 star.
