Wonderfully kept and inviting museum. Detailed explanations of the clear and accessible exhibits. Two current art shows available on separate floors in a portion of the museum. Very knowledgeable and hospitable attendant at the front desk. Very kind and personable, as well.

Wonderful informational, if there was a fireplace and cups of tea, it would have felt like home. I receivedt some geneology suggestions for trying to move forward with my African American heritage. Lovely gentleman at the desk just hoping you will ask more questions ! We need more of these places and less hatred.
This Museum is absolutely beautiful. Educational and a great vessel to obtain information on Slavery and it's impact on the City of Annapolis. This museum has been an Aid in educating my nieces and nephews on African American culture. They have also participated in many events at the Banneker Douglass Museum. #AriseaboveitALL.
Great place to visit!! I learned a lot in the short time I was there from two gentlemans manning the front desk who were very knowledgeable and well spoken.
