The consultant came out and did a rough measurement. She was helpful with the fabric selection. What floored me was the quote. Over 7000 for cornice valances is ridiculous!! I received other quotes in the 1500 to 2000. It's obvious to me that they only want to cater to the rich clientele in Annapolis! Very disappointing!!
