I received this rental as a loaner while my car was in the shop. The repair shop handles the rental, as customers we simply sign for the car. The young man who handled my intake lacked basic people skills and probably should not be at a counter performing f2f tasks. In all the years that I've gotten loaners through Mercedes Benz of Annapolis I have never been approached for a deposit, yet this young man felt the need to squeeze a deposit from me and sell me insurance. What angered me about the encounter is that he knew Enterprise waived deposits for MB customers but felt he could roll me for money. I think that angered me the most. Anyway, a bright young man was there upon my return, was courteous, clearly possessing people skills and took the rental from me. He's the only reason you got 2 stars.

I had an emergency with my truck , enterprise came to pick me up n put me in a rental so fast. I was completely impressed with the excellent service. Made things so much easier! Thank You Enterprise Car Rental!! Donna Powers
I had a car reserved for 2:00 pm Wed until 2:00 pm Friday. They could not pick me up at 2 as their schedule was full. They could pick me up at 11:00 AM. which was fine. When I got to Enterprise, I asked about taking the car 3 hours before my reserved time of 2:00 pm as I could not get the car back until 2:00 pm on Friday. They said don't worry about it, not a problem. When I returned the car at 1:45 on Friday, I was charged 3 hours extra for being late. They had the car leaving at 11:45. I called and asked about it, explaining what had happened. They finally agreed to remove the extra charge but I still haven't seen the credit. The customer service was excellent, but the execution is not too good. Still waiting....
Gentleman I was working with was very nice, but then this woman came out of nowhere and she was very rude! She was loud and very impolite. Its one thing to not be overly nice, but she was the complete opposite.
