Spoke with Chuck, had numerous questions about a test the state was requiring for my business. He took the time to explain the info so I could do a successful test. I choose them because I used them previously with a well test for my home and recall it being a clear cut easy process. This is not a service I need often but as a business owner and a newbie when it comes to the work they do I don't feel I could have received better service. Thanks again.

Highly disappointed with the service we got from Dan and his company. We bought a house with well and spetic and since we never had either before, we were really looking forward to the inspection so we could ask questions and become comfortable with the big investment we were making. We paid them upfront and I should have known better. The guy said he'd be there at 8:30 AM and that we could be there for the inspection. I told my job that I would be in late so I could attend. I showed up at the house at 8:25 AM. I sat there until about 8:50 and decided I better call. Called several times but just got the answering service. At 9 I decided to head to work. We finally reached someone a little while later and they estimated he'd be there sometime around 10:30. I guess he thought someone would just wait for 2 hours? Or maybe they didn't really want us to be present. Or maybe they never even went out there. We waited several days to receive the report but still didn't get it. We finally had to contact them again just to get the report. We tried to ask questions about the info on the report but all we got was one word answers. I guess they are just too busy to bother. We even asked a question about clearing a partial blockage that was on the report and Dan, the president of this company, literally responded with "I do not have any idea if that will take care of it, I guess you could try it out and see how things go from there". Well no kidding. What incredible insight this guy has.
