I was told I had to drop off at the hertz location instead of them picking the car up.. ( They drop off to my house,but they can’t pickup at my house ) Made it very inconvenient for me. State Farm needs to reevaluate their contract with them.
Went on 10/10/2020 and was helped by Garret. He was very helpful and professional. Thank you so much for your help Garret! Will be returning soon.
The rate was much more palatable than going to the airport, but the location was trash. There's no signage letting you know that it's inside the Pep Boys. The truck didn't have a full tank of gas and I honestly don't believe the interior was sanitized nor cleaned before I received it...you know...because of COVID.
Employees stole personal property that was left in the rental vehicle refused to follow up, blew me off and refused to look into what happened. The lack of customer service and professionalism was appalling. I urge you to not do business with this location because if there is an issue it will not be looked into.
