The staff at Innovative Property are wonderful. I had lived in my home for the past 11 years (I just moved) and they always worked with me thoughout years. I'm a single mother of two and when our lives took a turn 11 years ago and needed a place to stay Innovative Property took a chance on me and because of that I will be forever grateful to them. Lauren was a fabulous realtor for us in this highly competitive market! We were coming from out of state and she was always so diligent about setting up our viewings to accommodate that. Once we found our dream house she guided us through the process and hooked us up with great vendors to the work done we needed to \make the house our own\. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I have been actively working with Innovative Properties for the past couple of months as a real estate investor. They are extremely responsive (often getting back to me within minutes), and I have immensely enjoyed the overall experience with them. They make real estate investment purchases and renting easy.
When I first came to Annapolis in 1993, Innovative Properties took care of me as a renter. I lived in a wonderful community and Innovative properties was quick to respond to and fix any issues I had (ie if an appliance broke etc.). It was pure bliss coming from graduate school. Fourteen years later, I knew where to go to rent our house. We had them manage our property for over ten years and were completely satisfied. Their work is efficient and professional. We worked with Ms. Lauren Dorsey who was always there both for our tenants and us, the owners.
Dealing with Innovative Properties was an excellent experience. Their professional staff told me what I needed to do to sell my house and if fact, the first buyer bought my house the first day. They walked my through the whole process and I can’t thanked them enough. Excellent company. Tom Leonard
