John and his team are professional and well versed in the economy. This allows them to make a great recommendation for their clients. Nothing was forced on us and our options were laid out and reviewed with John at our convenience. When making a large financial decision (like purchasing or refinancing a house), there are a lot of emotions involved. Can we afford this? What is the best option for us? Should we wait? All questions that John and his team discussed with us and we worked collectively on the best option for us.
