Best dealership experience I have ever had, honestly. I showed up an hour after close at the end of the year and Rob and Brett helped me work out a deal on a pristine 4C that was exactly what I wanted. They stayed late for hours helping make sure everything was set with my insurance and financing. Can’t recommend them enough, super nice to deal with!

I will never purchase another vehicle outside of the Alfa Romeo/Fiat family. The customer service we receive here is nothing short of amazing. These professionals always go above and beyond the call of duty. Service appointments are always on time and never miss the mark. And let's just say the vehicles themselves are awesome!
I came in with trepidation that maybe something was wrong with my still-new car. Rob, the service executive, talked me through the diagnostic procedure his team would follow and provided me with a loaner as well as the offer of porter service to drop off my car when it was ready. I felt informed and this comfortable about the state of my car, which I’m happy to report seems to be doing okay, but they’re going to check it again in 500 miles. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I’m pretty happy.

Rob handles all service appointments with extreme efficiency and always provides a clean loaner vehicle. Rob reviews the work performed prior to delivering the vehicle back to the customer and always follows up and informs the customer during every step of the service process. Rob and Doug both provide Top Notch support at Johnson Alfa Romeo's Service Department. I recently took my Giulia into get a cracked windshield replaced and they ensured that all other services and issues were addressed. I continue to be impressed.
Positive experience. Requested routine maintenance and checked on another item. Everything was completed in one day. My car was picked up on the morning and returned by the end of the day. The loaner was clean and fully gassed.
