There was a leak in our garage that we believed was tied to a possible sprinkler leak as it followed the same line as the sprinkler piping. It was freezing temperatures with snow fall in our area when we started noticing the leak. We called David Sade, per our condo management companies direction. David sent out a wonderful technician, Jon. Jon arrived on the weekend around 10pm and him and my bf cut open the ceiling to verify if it was in fact a pipe leak. It was determined that it was not a pipe leak, which then lead the brainstorming to take place of what is sitting on the second floor over that area. It was in fact a leak coming from the HVAC unit. Now we are pending the HVAC warranty providers to come and look at it. We are very appreciative that Chesapeake Systems Services and Jon was able to come out on short notice to look at this serious issue. The leak has already started spreading to the upstairs hallway and the guest room, but now that we identified it was not a pipe breakage, we are able to address it with the correct warranty people now. Thank you again for your wonderful service!

I have had a very positive experience with CSS both with installation and monitoring. I would so far recommend them but we have only had the services for a couple of months. Everyone has been easy to work with and the monitoring company is very prompt in addressing any issues with the alarm. The wi-fi booster also works great.
