My husband and I are from out of town. We had a very positive attitude about going out and exploring our new area. However, the lady we spoke too wouldn’t allow my husband and I stand together, because of social distancing. We are a very respectful married couple and we live together (sounds silly); however, she wanted one of us to stand outside and the other to stand inside due to the maximum capacity of the store. I believe the intentions were honest, but the attitude she had was rude and very disrespectful. It’s not a way I would’ve welcomed anyone in the store. Especially after being told by another employee it was okay for us to STAND together. That’s my first and last time ever going to a Pier 1 imports.

I like the new location as it is new, bright and shiny. The only thing that's preventing me from taking it to a 5 star rating is the location and being able to get there and find a parking space on peak days and times. Granted the location is a million times more accessible then it's previous Annapolis location, but still an opportunity.

Nice place for home decor, albeit pricey. We've bought some very nice items here, typically in the way of dishware, linens, or decorative items. Service here has never been an issue for us when visiting; there was one time when the Annapolis location did not have the full quantity of an item we wanted that they had out on display...the associate called over to another location for us, asked if they had any of the item in stock, and asked them to hold the item for us.

Horrible staff - 1 woman ringing customers and 2 ignoring them. Totally ignoring customers on other side of counter and helping people out of order. I walked out after 10 minutes of this nonsense.
