This Staples is just better run than most similar stores. Not only do they have a better selection than most but they always have everything in stock. The staff is completely ready to assist you and the location is ideal. Great store.
In this day and age of the COVID-19 pandemic, to have the CORPORATE OFFICE prohibit the sale of a floor model chair (which is discontinued and out of stock, thus not available to order) is ludicrous! The local sales person has gone above and beyond to try and get permission from “corporate”’ however, was told that the DISTRICT MANAGER would NOT AUTHORIZE the sale. Mind you, we were not asking for any discount beyond the stated price as shown on the floor model. How limited is the mindset of such an individual to place such barriers to the sale of a DISCONTINUED ITEM???? And, one wonders what is the corporate perspective that promotes such a LIMITED THINKER to a management position???
The print department really helped me out in a bind. I had a last minute job and thankfully the person I worked with had little going one. She moved my project right to the top of the list!! Thank You!!
