call for a taxi to pick me up so I can get to the hospital it took more than 1 hour for them to get me a ride and once they did they assigned taxi no 3 and didn't show up I call him to ask him where he was at he said I'll be there in about 15 to 20 minutes so I decided to wait for it he never arrived dispatcher sent me a thanks messages so I text them back the driver did not arrive company called me to apologise the lady said that the driver was probably taking a nap or maybe he took someone else so they offered me another cab I said okay I'll wait I ask the lady how long it's going to be she said about another 20 minutes we're actually waiting for our morning shift we got no drivers at this time. I'm so sorry not using this service again
