Had a unique request for computer hardware that was for a hard to find item. Will took the time to custom make the part in order to fulfill the request. Great customer service and willing to go that extra mile. Definitely would recommend.

in a last minute scramble to fix a computer I use for school I called around all over and found Will Get I.T. Done Computer Consulting on a google search. Very fast, responsive and understanding of my situation in getting my laptop fixed in a speedy manner. Highly recommend if in need of a quick repair and fairly priced. He gives it to you strait and even help if the problem is past his knowledge and in cost effective manner. He will keep you updated on the status and is very understanding of all situations.

So glad this place was recommended to me! My laptop's fan suddenly was really loud when I turned on my laptop. I took it to Will Get I.T. Done and he knew right away that my laptop needed a new fan. I purchased a new laptop from Best Buy, but their Geek Squad had a three-week long wait list before they could transfer my data and download the software. Thankfully, I called Will to see if he could help, and within 12 hours, Will Get I.T. Done fully set up my computer, including adding an anti-viral program. The price was reasonable and fair, especially considering the quick turnaround.
