My 15yr old purchased an Annex Woodbat from Baseball 365. On his first weekend using it it broke. My son emailed the company and the owner immediately got back to him and took care of him. I as a dad didn't have to get involved or provide receipt for packaging. I can't say enough about this company. I will definitely purchase another!! On top of it, he's had other wood bats from other companies and really prefers The Annex bat over all others! Keep up to great customer service and you're business will grow like crazy. My son has already told others! Thank you!

If you are looking for a major league quality wood bat, go no further. For the money, there is no better option. Competitors are charging much much more for the same quality you get with Annex bats. I have been using these bats for the last 3 years and I love them!
