I’m very pleased with all that this storage facility has to offer snd the excellent customer service they have showed me. Nothing is too inconvenient or hard for them to try to solve your concerns. They are well connected and provide assistance by other small businesses to provide referrals if they can’t help. I’ve had an excellent experience so far.

Melissa was so friendly and willing to help find me the best deal. There are plenty of carts available upon entry, and the freight elevator had room enough for two full carts to be transported at the same time, maximizing efficiency of the move. I was hesitant to rent a second floor unit, but it was very easy and accessible to load and unload belongings.
Melissa is a valuable asset. Made my experience better than any. She was efficient, knowledgeable. She worked hard to help me find the best rate and help me get just what I needed; nothing more, nothing less. It is clear she takes a lot of pride in her job.
Mellisa has been very helpful ever since I contacted her in November. We are relocating from the mid-west, and she has helped me with the logistics, as well as following up with me as we got close to move-in time. Both she and Colton have made the storage experience easier than I would have expected. I recommend Anthem storage to anyone who needs space, large or small. They were able to get me adjoining units, so the moving company had no problems unloading.
