First Steps Child Care has a warm and friendly environment. Michelle is a wonderful caregiver, she treats her daycare kids as if they are her own. Not only does she offer the comfort and security of a home setting but also an educational one. Michelle uses sensory play and learning through play to teach social skills as well as teaching reading, writing and beginners math. Michelle is very nurturing and patient, I feel so lucky to have her in my life!

I used this daycare in the past with my 2 daughters. Michelle never treated us like less than family. She loved my kids as her own and would go out of her way if I could not meet to our agreed terms. Stuck at work, family emergency, etc.... I would highly recommend Michelle to oversee any of my family members, or any of my friends' children. Some things to mention are arts and crafts, Michelle's interaction at playtime, and birthday celebrations. My kids still remember the spongbob piñata her and her daughter spent a lot of time making. Michelle goes above and beyond to make the children feel at home and not as if they are just at any daycare. This is why I would highly recommend Michelle and First Steps Child Care!!! Awesome day care and awesome provider. Michelle was very patient with my grandson, having had some transition issues. She worked with him, nurtured him, and he is growing in leaps and bounds. She's more then a \ babysitter \ , she offers daily activites, nutrious foods , offers somewhat of a preschool learning time. She's very caring and I have been blessed to have found her. my grandson loves her, and that is the most imporant part to me.
