He'll get you what you need, but he is totally crooked. He can also be incredibly abusive to his customers. I'd give negative stars if I could.
Our friend had her registration and plates done here. Chuck gave her temp plates and while she waited for her perm plates to come in the mail she found her van got towed by the city she had to pay 1000 in fines to get the van back because Chuck registered the temp plates to a different car. She's been trying to reach him and the lady won't even give him the phone to resolve this. I'm very upset because I brought her to Chuck because he seemed like a stand up guy but he is ignoring the loss she had to go through because of his mistake which is very unprofessional.
Super nice and friendly people. But the most important the KNOW what they doing after many years in this business. Every time i need something, im driving 40 min forme lake Zurich just to give they my business. ( and they not charging arm and leg ).
