This is what you can expect at least 2x per month living here. Everything leaks. Takes weeks and several follow-ups to get maintenance, but the maintenance guys are nice so I can't blame them. Just really behind the times.

Moved in four months ago they had a special going no deposit and half off a months rent.. 4 months now they somehow forgot about the special and trying to make me pay full. This place is a joke the trash always overflowing,fire alarm going off no reason, and mantanice man the fill out fixed reports and dont even show up....

Bad experience all around ! It literally took 4-5 months for them to fix my dishwasher . My home was broken in to and two people got robbed outside of my house does not include the time I had to pull my gun on somebody to save another person's life . Also the water is not good here.. it's been 3 almost 4 months and I still have not got my deposit back. Stay away from this place , your better somewhere else . still working out the details of getting my deposit back !

Lived here for two years without a complaint. Very quiet property and prompt to respond maintenance staff. Management was always nice to me. Neighbors were really friendly. Well maintained apartments. I would definitely recommend it

Great place to live if you love rude management and bugs (Roaches and bed bugs). We had a leak and a huge hole in our ceiling for weeks till they finally fixed it. Laundry room is terrible, other tenants will take your clothes out and steal your cycle so you have to sit down there with your clothes. When we moved out we made sure the apartment was absolutely spotless, Dawn even made the comment that it was probably cleaner when we moved out then when we moved in. Yet they charged us for carpet and kept our security deposit because it smelt like dog when we moved out (pets were still allowed at the time we lived there) guess what when you own a dog it will smell like dog we paid our pet deposit. We were even told the carpet was old when we moved in, they just wanted to save money and put it on us. We were also told when we moved out that the letter we received would tell us the total damages and the date it was due. There was no date and it wasn’t much time at all til we got a phone call threatening that if we didn’t pay in two weeks our credit would get dinged. Terrible experience living there and I’m glad we moved out quickly, our very first apartment and we were young and they took advantage of us
