Called on Monday, tech arrived on time 8am Wednesday morning as scheduled. Fernando was great, professional and very knowledgeable. Turned out to be a simple dryer repair. He was very clean and tidy as he did his work. Highly recommend Command Service.

We started having heating issues yesterday, and Fernando arrived mid morning today. Let me start out by saying we love him and couldn’t be happier with this experience. EXCELLENT customer service! He was very friendly, took the time to explain things as he was opening the furnace, informative, and helped us 100% understand what the issue was (animal hair had COMPLETELY clogged the small, inside, tiny vents) and how we can do our own yearly maintenance to keep it running smoothly. Also affordable! Since we knew zero about furnaces, he could have charged us any dollar amount and we wouldn’t have known any better - but he didn’t. I will tell everyone and anyone about this company and of course recommend Fernando by name!!!
Love everyone here and that they're a local company! The staff members answering the phones were very kind and polite scheduling the appointment and the techs that had come to do repairs (dish washer and wishing machine) were knowledgeable, on time, very professional and honest. I refer everyone here when asked for a referral. Great company!!
Fernando was personable, prompt, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, was able to safely effect an interim solution (sparing me from a week with no heat) and returned with a permanent solution as quickly as possible. All communications with Command were pleasant and effective. Would recommend them unhesitatingly. Remember to ask for Fernando!
