I love this gym. Super clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is respectful. Plenty of equipment. All of the patrons are respectful of boundaries and the pandemic, as well, making the environment super clean and safe.

Love this gym! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. This facility is extremely clean with a great selection of equipment. My trainer Mino is the BEST!!! He can help you work around any physical limitations to help you reach your fitness goals no matter your age. I highly recommend THIS gym. You will not be disappointed. Wouldn’t think of going any where else. A gem in NW Heights.
