I had Adam provide civil engineering services for our new home in Auburn. The experience was very poor. It took him 6 months and 4 rounds of revisions to get plans approved by the city, several of the city redlines were for repeat items that he couldn't seem to get corrected and right. After finally getting the set correct and approveable, he tried to charge additional money for services that should've been included by someone who should know engineering requirements and are required to provide complete civil plans (tree outline survey). After a flaw in construction and need for revised plans, Adam took another 4 months and 3 rounds of revisions to complete the re-design, this time with features (one of which is a huge retention pond) that even the city couldn't make sense of and stated was unnecessary but unfortunately they can't design it and have to go with the engineers plan. All in all the experience was terrible and I believe Adam is not a very competent or capable engineer. I'd steer clear.
