When you call staff is rude and seemed bothered. Was working with them and needed various pieces of information from an original inatall and permit submissions for pool. Don't ask questions because they think you should know all of the answers just because you have a septic tank. They also want to be paid up front without doing any work. When asked why, they gave me ...we have been in business...story. Don't waste your time because they only feel like you are wasting theirs. Stay clear!!

The work was done professionally but.!!. Very difficult to get it to happen. The girls in the office should all be fired. Probably the most rude customer service I've dealt with in all of my career.
They have no customer service experience at all I have no idea how the company has been around since the 70s in order to get ahold of anybody you have to leave a voicemail I mean come on or septic tanks really that valuable that your lines are that busy
