So beautiful and relaxing... its always a good time... just wishes it snowed in winter. Always patrolled by rangers and police. To make sure everyone is safe lots of wild animals and buried gold. If you fund it get me a pizza.

This is a magical place and a beautiful park. Sadly we didn't book well enough in advance and were lucky to get a single non-equipped slot 66, which is normally a camping place - Our RV fitted neatly. . .The next day we hoped for free slot but it was FULL ... So were all the other camps in the regiion so we had to trundle home to Phoenix. :-(

Got married here an loved it. Have hiked here several times now as well. Excellent place, but fills up quickly so get these early. You can hike to the top but it is a very difficult climb at the end and pretty treacherous so bring water and some snacks because it's going to take even advanced hikers several hours round trip. Not for the faint of heart for sure, especially Siphon draw to Flatiron, not for kids. Treasure loop would be appropriate for children and you still get amazing views. Facilities are well maintained and the park rangers do an excellent job of keeping things orderly.

Short drive from Phoenix. Easy access. Rangers are nice and helpful. There are different trails depending on your ability. Places to have a picnic and restrooms to wash up. There is a Junior Ranger program for the kids too.

So beautiful and well kept. Sites are spaced apart and are solid surface. Elec and water hookups and a dump station. Quiet and peaceful. We loved it here and will definitely be back.
