10/06/2020 Disappointed by owners decision to raise space rent to homeowners in the midst of a most difficult time in our nation. And in the lives of our Canadian friends and neighbors. Realizing access to amenities will depend more heavily than ever upon resident volunteers this season. The current rate increase might be perceived by some as a cold and heartless imposition upon the residents.
The place is near full, senior adult oriented, very clean and well maintained. Units for sale and rent.
Love it here.all the people I've met have been super. Will be back next winter.
