Love the trails as they are very well kept. Rock formations and Superstition Mountains are impressive. Made our hike in early February but hope to make it back for the Spring flowers. Great place to hike from beginners to experts.

Such an amazing park and trail will be going back soon, even bought a year long pass! What a beautiful trail it's truly breath taking. It was a perfect day to go for a hike as family had just flew in to visit. A few days prior it had rained so we were unsure if the ground would be okay to go hiking. We had no issues and lots of family's were out enjoying the day! Perfect place to take dogs and even saw 1 cat!!! Social distinceing was used as we past bye people, every one was very respectful of every other's family space. Mask were worn in areas you could not keep a 6ft distance! All other hikers were super friendly as they passed by saying hello. Trail was perfect for beginners, some areas would be a bit more difficult for new hikers. But if you can do the whole loop it's totally worth it, as the further you go the more breath taking the views! Even saw families with small kids and hikers with baby's! Defenitly recommend this trail and I'm looking forward to hiking the more difficult ones on my next visit! This was are first day out since covid began and we felt 100% comfortable being one the Trail! Not to mention they require cars to park every other space, all employees wore masks and were super friendly and helpful. It cost 10 to enter without a pass, be aware it is cash only! Anyone reading this get out and do this trail you won't regret it!!!!!

FLATIRON HIKE ::At the entrance to Lost Dutchman State Park, we were greeted and advised on how brutal this trail/hike/climb would be, in addition to several reviews I read about it. We started from Tressure Loop parking which added 1.5 miles extra to our hike. Overall this was terrific hike, I would call it Class 3 Extremely Hard hike due to scrambling we have to do, at some places it is close to 3 feet. From elevation and nature perspective of this trail, you can relate it to twice as tough to Camelback hike. With the crowd I saw yesterday, the trail doesn’t have enough signage. It is likely you will get lost and will take you difficult off-route(which I did). Recommend good hiking shoes with proper grip to manage the slip with vertical elevation. I slipped twice and fell on my butt while decline, saw many people falling too with minor injuries… there are lot of loose rocks and gravel on top which makes is dangerous and prone to injury. When at the top, you feel worth the pain, lastingly views keeps you thinking how small you are against this nature. My only regret is that with prevailing Covid situations, this hike was by far is the heaviest trafficked one with people so close to about 2 feet or less and without wearing mass breathing heavily, quite a chance for exposure, at some point in time I thought of going back. My recommendation is take the hike during weekday and little later in day. I will come back again when there is less noise and crowd to thoroughly enjoy !!

Gorgeous Sonoran scenery with excellent hikes. It is a very reasonable fee to get in to see the flora, fauna, and otherworldly landscape. All around great place.
