My wife can provide more details than I can on this, but this is what I know: -Every time we've had an appointment, there's been a wait time of 30 minutes or more, on average, and there's always been one reason or another for it. The last time I went and waited for 30 or so minutes in the parking lot, after the appointed time, it was apparently due to a dog having some x-rays done. -My wife tells me they once tried to give us back the wrong cat after an appointment. -She's also compared veterinarian charges for services and found VCA's to be significantly more expensive for routine procedures. -She also mentioned an attitude problem with someone at the front desk named Candi (spelling?) -While my wife did receive a voice-mail from them, to discuss the issues we encountered, they did not return my wife's follow-up phone call. As it's been a couple of weeks at this point, I can only conclude they are too busy or are not concerned enough to invest more time on us. As one of our cats needs booster shots soon, they will begin to feel the repercussions of this when our new vet contacts them for the records (AKA loss of revenue). I am not saying they do not know what they are doing or are unprofessional. They do have a high level of concern for the well-being of the animals that they see at this clinic, as can be seen from the follow-up text messages I receive asking about the well-being of the cats that were seen in the prior appointments. However, collectively, we have had a sufficient amount of issues with them that we are now seeking another veterinarian. Your experience and mileage may vary from ours.

Love these guys they take care of both of our puppies Emma and Beretta as if they were their own our puppies actually look forward to going in for their appointments they always get excited when they realize where we’re at if that gives you any idea of the treatment they received

Absolutely awesome experience. You can tell the volunteers truly care for the animals. Gave us so much in the starter kit with our new babies and were phenomenal in ensuring that we were just as excited to take them home as we were. Thank you for helping us to grow our family!

I brought my 11 year old English bulldog Tucker in for his first visit with VCA due to his on going skin sores and eye issues. The staff was extremely nice and professional. They listened to what I was concerned about and got him scheduled in quick. The Veterinarian was very nice and understanding, she listened to the concerns I had and put together an affordable treatment plan for Tucker. Within a few days of following the Veterinarians treatment plan Tucker is doing fabulous, and he is back to playing and is truly like a new dog. I am very thankful for VCA as I have taken Tucker to 3 other VET clinics and they were not able to help him unless I spent a fortune on unnecessary testing. I would highly recommend VCA to any and all needing an above and beyond great Veterinarian clinic. Thank you VCA staff for helping get my Tucker back. :)
