I was afraid I wouldn't be approved but Alison came through for me. She even had options! She is professional and was very responsive to my needs. Even after I moved in she was still following up with me and making sure everything went well. She even sent me a hand written "Welcome Home" card in the mail-- her thoughtfulness and customer service cannot be matched!

Gorilla Movers did a FABULOUS job moving our office! They gave us a great quote and showed up on time with amazing workers! Each worker was respectful, kind, and such a hard worker!! They carefully wrapped each piece of furniture using great care, yet moved very quickly! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gorilla Movers! They are the BEST movers I have ever used! I started working with Jill Cordell, explained my challenges with locating an apartment (broken leases). She referred me to a complex, I went and toured it. The complex was newly built in 2019, state of the art amenities, absolutely gorgeous. I submitted my application and started praying, I loved this complex. It took a little longer than I felt it should, for denial/approval and became discourage. Jill was "transformed" into my personal "Cheer Leader", urging me to stay patient and positive. I received my approval and welcome letter yesterday. I can't thank her enough, I'm so grateful and excited. Trust me, Apartment Gorilla's process not only works, it'll work for YOU!!!! I cannot tell you how happy and excited I am to be writing this review. Zach and the whole crew from Apartment Gorilla Moving were absolutely awesome. From first speaking with Zach, through the quote and all work to be done it was evident that this man knew his stuff and knew it well. What was the most awesome is that he is the kindest, politest professional I have ever met. Zach leads a crew that is top notch. They work as a team from minute one and all are so polite and respectful. Nothing was broken, everything was padded when needed including the door frames to protect against damage. The price quoted, based on a walk through, did not change. They arrived on time and worked really hard both days. Long review short, you need these guys. No one else I have dealt with in my many years of moving both homes and offices even comes close.
