I recently purchased a home that came with solar power. It’s an older system. Since the seller didn’t leave me with any information about it, I am not sure if it’s working properly so I hired Apex Electric to come out to do a full inspection on it. Apex Electric was very knowledgeable in solar. They were able to provide me with useful info that I wasn’t able to obtain if I were to attempt this myself. There was an existing wireless device in the electrical panel which I can connect to for monitoring my panels. Apex Electric provided me who I can contact to have ownership changed over to me so that I can gain access to monitor my panels. They were able to tell me how much kilowatts my panels are producing and what I can do to have it produce more with simple maintenance on it a few times a year. Definitely they are very knowledgeable in what they do which is generally true for most businesses. However, what is most important is that the technician who was sent out to help me was very professional, courteous, and is willing to share every bits of information of what he found about my solar panels whether it’s negative or positive information. He provided information on how I can save money by doing my own maintenance which can cost me over 100 per service call. That tells me that they care for their customers and are not there to rip them off or take advantage of them. Overall it was a great experience and the set up appointment was not too long to to wait. A plus is that their rates are less than others that I’ve called and their services are quality. I will definitely use Apex for my future needs when it comes to electrical for my home. Apex company is the best. We called them for power issues in my house right away came and fixed the problem. No holidays for them guys. Call them and you will not regrets. In your emergency this guy Cody will be the answer. The best and quick service. Highly recommended.
We called Apex on a Friday afternoon and they did not refuse service! Since none of the outlets in our garage were working, Cody replaced a GFI outlet and a regular outlet, and everything was back on in a matter of minutes! Apex Electrical was amazing! Super friendly, reliable and fixed our issue within an hour. We were also able to get quotes for future electrical work we plan on having done to the house. We will definitely be using Apex for all of our future electrical plans!
