In today’s age of bad customer service, it was such a relief to work with Apex. First I talked to Mike in the office and explained my need and he sent Brian out right away. Brian did a quick inspection of my fireplace and explained to me in detail what I needed. He then called Mike and told him to call me back with a quote. Brian did not charge me for this visit and did not ask for any money. Mike called same day with said quote and scheduled the job. Brian showed up on scheduled day at scheduled time and Fixed my fireplace. I had just received horrible service from another Chimney Service company, so I was thrilled to find APEX. This company is a standup company and I would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend!
