Had a great experience with apogee. I stopped in their office on a road trip out west, I had no real expectations I figure I would just see a few rockets and buy a few things. I was genuinely surprised at how well I was treated the customer service is true customer service. They gave me a short tour and answered any and all questions I had, as well as made suggestions purely based on what I needed and not just trying to up sell me. Hands down it was well above and beyond what I have come to expect with most company's anymore. Customer service seems to be a lost art, but not at apogee. After I returned home I placed an online order which was filled and shiped the same day and received an email with tracking info, as well as a personal thank you they actually remembered me. You yes apogee will continue to get my business and I would recommend them to anyone interested in the hobby of rocketry, they are a great company have amazing customer service, prompt shipping, and extremely knowledgeable.

Awesome company. I have ordered builder supplies from them and every time my order comes with a personalized thank you note. I reached out to the owner Tim thanking him for running such a wonderful business and he emailed me back thanking me. The videos that they have uploaded to Youtube are amazing as well. Apogee is the best! I was introduced to Tim and staff via YouTube videos. Tim's videos are a great introduction and I knew my small Estes collection was going to grow from the first. Tim introduced me to Aerotech products and quickly I am getting into higher and more powerful rockets. I am so excited. I have more to learn and loftier ambitions the more I learn.. My next launches will have video and Jollylogic data. Apogee is making my dreams of rocketry come true. I appreciate the learning platforms Apogee makes available, and the products and services are top-notch. I highly recommend the staff of rocket scientists there at Apogee.

I highly recommend ordering the Apogee 1/70 Saturn V. This kit is high quality and worth every penny. The instructions on DVD are also available on YouTube. It's a enjoyable relaxing experience building & watching Tim's techniques. The details in the parts & wraps are perfect. The strength of this build is obvious. The parachutes, kevlar, shock cords, decals & all other parts are of top quality. Kathryn has been extremely supportive when asking her for advice on any specific topic concerning the kit,materials for it's completion and most importantly the choice of motor to use according to my budget. This is the flagship of my fleet and it demands attention as soon as someone sees it. Tim,Kathryn & all the rest at Apogee components keep up the fantastic performance and service!! A big fan of Apogee and their products. Their customer service is too notch as well - among the best I’ve ever seen at any business. I enjoy being able to get kits that are based upon some of the Estes throwbacks as well as the opportunity to get some very high skill level kits. I am currently building their Saturn V and it is very challenging, but still very enjoyable to build. I look forward to completing it and taking it out for its first launch.
