Literally just got off the phone with an employee named Denis. Super informative, explained how to handle dry ice and recommended when I should pick up( cause it melts very quickly). Very helpful and pleasant customer service. Will update when I pick up tomorrow about in person customer service.

Had to stop in before work and was in a rush. They were quick and friendly to get me dry ice pellets. Will probably end up using them for all my ice needs.
Apple Ice recently was a life saver. My refrigerator went on the fritz and PC Richard claimed to have fixed it. Low and behold, they didn't and I woke up on the 4th to refrigerator that wasn't keeping cold. Since then I have obtained dry ice from Apple Ice twice and both times they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. One time I met a customer who has been buying from them for 5 years and he affirmed that they were the best around. Keep up the great work
