Awful, zero care for low end clients. I got my bill reduced by half by taking to progressive myself... Apple valley suggested I \pay my 6 month insurance bill by credit card\ to save 30... And they also told me to try high road because their products were to expensive for teenage drivers. Terrible awful lack of care.
