Renovated a beach house tree decking railings Azek trim boards. During COVID very hard finding materials Jeremy was outstanding in making it happen and helping us pick proper accessories light post caps etc. Highly recommend Deck store.

READ THE REVIEWS!!! I’d give zero stars but there’s no option. I ordered top rail for a deck. Was THE biggest mistake, that I used this company, from day one. I’ve truly never had to deal with a company like this place. The worst ever. From their website saying it was a “in-stock” item, but having to wait 3 months to the incompetent customer service reps. I really can’t comprehend how this place is still doing business. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time. Shop elsewhere.

Following up from a review from 2 weeks ago - The Deck Store has reimbursed me for the returned aluminum balusters, provided free shipping for the replacement balusters, and as soon as the weather cooperates, I have everything I need to complete the project. Kudos to TDS for making everything “right” and “fair.” Super job! I would definitely recommend The Deck Store for any Trex materials.

Whether you are looking to have your deck built for you or if you would like to tackle it yourself, you need to check out this store. The showroom has all the decking and accessories imaginable. Bob and Cory helped my wife and me with our deck which we built with the help of a friend. They had excellent advice from design tips to how to handle some of the tricky stuff. For example, Bob urged me to go diagonal on my deck with a picture frame on the perimeter. That sounded very intimidating, but he assured us that it would be easier with less waste. He was right and it looks amazing, left to my own I would have settled for a much more pedestrian look. Thanks guys!
