We had our floor tiles cleaned and resealed. Mark was there for us every step of the way. He was always there to answer questions, was flexible with the logistics, prompt to respond to calls, pleasant and accommodating. His workers were always on time. respectful, helpful in moving furniture, and did quality work. I could not have been more pleased with their work. I also had them restore the grout in all of our kitchen counters and a bathroom. Again the work was quality and the workers skilled and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Appleby to anyone needing tiles or grout restored.

The workers were friendly and capable. However, they should let customers know that the sealant is dark at first, until it dries. Any dark grout areas are mostly because the sealant hasn't dried when the work is done. By the next day, our tile grout looked light, clean and uniform. Nice results!
