When I tried to edit my flight online, it stated I had to call, It listed a number, that has been disconnected. When I tried the general reservation number it states \user busy\. I am on my 75th attempt to get through. I have trip flex, so I should be able to reschedule. So frustrating! Wouldn't even give one star, but had to in order to post.

Our flight was delayed and then canceled due to fog. The fog lifted 2 hours before the delayed time of departure. There were clear skies above. Totally messed up our vacation. Am extremely disappointed with Aligent. Cost us over a thousand dollars to get new flights. We had a place rented for a week so we could not just cancel our vacation.

Flew alone with my 3 yr. old son & 14 month old baby. I gate checked our stroller. We landed; I gathered our stuff (quite a lot when traveling with young children, including a car seat. I asked Allegiant staff where to get my stroller. I was told my stroller would be sent to baggage. I stated I wouldn’t be able to carry my children, car seat & carry-on to baggage claim without a stroller, and it will get damaged with the luggage. ALLEGIANT STAFF REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY GATE CHECKED STROLLER AT THE GATE; THEY EVEN SLAMMED THE GATE DOOR IN MY FACE WHILE I WAS INQUIRING ABOUT IT. I got no help from Allegiant staff carry my children, car seat or carry-ons to baggage. Waited 30 mins for baggage. Stroller arrived broken and unusable. 1 ½ hrs. later staff arrived to help me & only filed electronic claim. I tried talking to a real person on the phone. You can’t talk to those handling baggage claims; they do not take phone calls. I spent our whole vacation w/o a stroller to carry my children and still am. You’re not able to get any resolutions from Allegiant in a timely manner by picking up the phone & speaking with someone! Allegiant sends me an email stating they will be paying 8% of the cost of my stroller. My family got this for me by chipping in for it. I am not able to afford purchasing this stroller again. Allegiant broke it because they sent a GATE CHECKED item down to baggage and refused to give a mother waiting with her baby and three year her stroller.
