The person who assisted us showed she cared when our 6 month old kitten got out and we could not find her. We got her home thanks to some people seeing a post who had taken her in. Please everyone, if you can adopt an older cat, do so. They all need love and care and cannot wait to get homes. It broke my heart to see the older cats in there but they are well taken care of. I just want to spread the word for anyone who can donate to this cause to do so. They are a no kill shelter who does all they can to find homes for the animals.

My favorite humane society in the area. They really do care about animals and because of them, I met my amazing kitty Walnut!
I’ve been inside other animal shelters. But this one takes the Oscar. It honestly looks like a cute seaside town when you walk into the main hall where the fur babies are kept. They definitely have a good life while staying. Plus the employees are nice as can be and really care.
The people are so loving and caring of there animals. They helped me and my family pick just the right cat for us. We already love her so much, she is perfect.
