Ordered a guitar online from Heid. I received an email asking me how I wanted it set up and then another to let me know they were holding it over the weekend instead of shipping it over the weekend and exposing it to sub zero temperatures. Arrived 3 days after shipment, in perfect condition. I tuned one string and it was ready to play. Excellent service. Thanks Jonathan!
This place is outstanding. My son plays guitar and I foolishly tried to replace his strings. He has a 7 string Jackson with a Floyd Rose. I thought I wrecked it but the guys at Heid had it back to perfect for about 70. I had about a 20 minute conversation in there and learned some very useful information on guitar maintenance. Those guys know there stuff and don't mind sharing wisdom. My son took lessons there about 4 years ago too. He didn't last long because he's a bit of a natural but, again, they were always very friendly and knowledgeable.
Heid music was awesome they gave me a great demo of an amp I ordered and bought the guys were the best.
My 13 year old and I visited Heid Music, inquiring about guitars and guitar lessons. Logan, at the Green Bay store, was unbelievably professional, helpful, and patient--even as the hour was near store close. Logan took the time to show my son the various types of guitars, share necessary information, patiently let him get a feel for the different acoustic guitars, and even taught him a couple chords. We were in in need of a smaller sized guitar, so Logan had a couple choices sent from the Appleton store, which arrived the next day. Logan again was extremely helpful, as we received the same excellent help/service as our first visit. My son and I are very appreciative for Logan's expertise and above-and-beyond good customer service. We purchased a guitar \just right\ for my son, and definitely recommend Heid Music. We will also be back! Thank you, Heid Music and Logan!
