We were with them for a long while. Things began well, but ended in one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever experienced professionally or therapeutically. Our child did not fit into their "check the box" approach and he did not succeed or thrive in their care. When after the incredibly unprofessional handling escalated we chose to stop services ahead of the 30 day end of service notice after the 1st session within that 30 days left our child emotionaly distraught. We were sent documentation that we should expect our child's decline and likely regression into problem behaviors by not finishing out our 30 days. The exact opposite took place. We saw more positive results in 2 weeks outside of their service than we had in years with them. Our child has done better, thrived and continued to grow much more outside of their care. Furthermore, we were questioned by ATAP about what took place both in services and billing. They were extremely troubled by it and said they would be conducting an inquiry.

This place was very helpful at first but after the amount of therapists we had through this company just in the amount of time our son was was receiving and constant starting over in therapy was a joke. Then the billing was absolutely terrible. Constantly over charging us and our insurance. Christie has no customer service skills either when it come to the billing, always never fixing paid bills and saying we still owe them money. After all the headaches they refused helping us cause we cancelled too many appointments cause my son gets sick and their therapists don’t want to see him. Stay away from this place!!!

The worst ABA services we received so far. No behavior issue is solved after long time actively receiving services from them. The BCBA we worked with was very unprofessional and greedy about billing while choosing not to show up in parent/bcba meeting. Disgrace. DONT waste your money and your kids precious development time here.

Chrissy is absolutely the best. I have been working with ABT for almost three years now and it is hands down the best group I have every worked with. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. Every technician we have worked with over the years has been competent, friendly, and great with my son. The technicians work in close collaboration with the BCBA and there is really a lot of oversight. The BCBAs are great and Chrissy is just amazing. Everyone is always accessible, great supports for emergency situations, considerate of complicated family dynamics (spilt households), and I have never had any issue with insurance. The social groups were great as well as the parent training. I am lucky to be part of their family.

Our youngest son was diagnosed with Aspergers at five years old. Thirteen years ago, the process to obtain a diagnosis was not easy. Nothing about Autism is easy. Before we had a name of Autism, friends and family voiced critical opinions of our son's behavior and, of course, our parenting. Six years ago, our Pediatric Neurologist highly recommended Dr. Benedetti with Applied BehaviorTechnologies in Sparks, Nevada, in addition to our public school "Strategies" program, an IEP, and endless rituals. I was exhausted. Through Chrissy (Dr. Benedetti) and the staff at ABT, our son gradually became less frustrated. He learned to identify his feelings and communicate his needs. At the same time, Dr. Benedetti taught techniques to parents who wanted to learn how to parent our unique children more effectively. Through the last six years of ABT, our son has developed true friendships. It was a quality of life that we thought may not be possible for him. Our son and his friends meet for movies, play games together on the computer, try new things like roller skating, shopping, bowling, and jumping like crazy! They meet for pizza, throw balls, swim, play games, loose and win, phone, text, and zoom with each other. They practice for job interviews, and reach for the moon! I know that other ABT parents share my reflections of the invaluable life skills and social skills our sons and daughters have gained through Dr. Benedetti and her skilled, ever-patient staff. They are impossible to list. Harsh, critical voices are everywhere; it's the easy thing to do. Improving the quality of a child or young adult's life, well, that's doing the unequaled thing in life. My family's gratefulness goes out to Dr. Benedetti and staff for doing the hard things that allow families to thrive.

Chrissy and the staff has been working with my son for a long time. My son really annoys their program, especially the groups in the evening. It's something he looks forward to and it has helped him with his social anxiety. I am grateful for all their help.
