On 12/30/2020, I was in the Biloxi office and received a verbal confirmation that equipment would be billed that day. I wanted assurance because I met my deductible for 2020 and knew my out of pocket would be less if it billed in 2020 rather than in 2021. In January 2021, I checked my EOB and found Apria Healthcare did not bill my insurance until January 2021. First, I called Apria billing. They said there was nothing they could do. Finally they said I could call the local office. I called the local office. The person I spoke with remembered my coming in and asking for confirmation that the billing would be in 2020. The employee said he would have the manager call me back the next day. The manager did not call me back. Fast forward to now. I called Apria in Biloxi again. After a lengthy conversation with the manager Paul, who admitted I would have paid about 150 less if I had been billed the first charges in December, I was told there was nothing they could do. He said they delivered as promised and repeated that line numerous times. But they did not deliver as promised. Had they delivered as promised, I would have paid 150 less out of pocket. They will not refund the and I cannot force them to. But I can discourage others from doing business with Apria Healthcare. So that is what I am doing. I am also contacting the medical group who referred Apria to me in hopes they do not refer future business to them.

Got the wrong order originally BUT -- they fixed it and sent the right one immediately -- i have had nothing but pleasantness when speaking with them over the phone :) very happy and finally awake
Poor service!!! Bad office person, delivery nightmare, and took forever to get my order.
