Another review of apria the company not the store. I purchased a cpap through my insurance here so I thought. My insurance has an option to purchase equipment or rent it. I found out the company was renting the equipment to me without my approval. After two months of dealing with the customer service which was playing the blame game on my insurance the whole time they refused to fix my issue. Stating my insurance had to request the purchase but in reality all they had to do is change the billing codes and resend it so my insurance can pay for it. So I had to return the equipment because they fraudulently rented the machine to me. Now I'm out a machine until I can get my new machine. If I could put zero stars I would. Remember this is a review of the company. The people at the location helped me as much as they could but the company cares more about making money than their customers.

This is for the company not the store. They frequently send the wrong product then don't pick up the return order. I'm still waiting after a month and a half for my co pay to be returned and I'm expecting a big hassle.

This is more for Apria the company and not Apria Harlingen. My CPAP machine has been replaced twice due to machine not working properly. It has started to make a loud noise when I sleep but warranty is only good for 2 years. I have had my CPAP machine for 2 1/2 years. I guess they know what they are doing. Apparently I cannot get a new machine until 2 1/2 more years. So what is better for me, sleep with noise or take my chances in getting a heart attack due to my Apnea. My sister has the exact CPAP machine but got it from a different company and her machine is very quiet. You cannot even tell that it is on. When I went in today, they heard the noise and I am pretty sure that they know that it is not normal but they cannot do anything because warranty is passed. I will definietly be a little more careful in choosing where I purchase my next CPAP machine.
