Never have I had to deal with such an incompetent company. NEVER SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM, DON’T GIVE SSN. They always sending bills even you have full insured. Years and years.I would never recommend them to anyone. Nothing but issues.. Never answer there phones. Left multiple messages just to get a C-Pap machine and only to have a hard time to change the mask that never fit in the first place.

Very long waits while the only person who can set you up with the sleep machine (Mr Pete) is chatting with his coworkers.
Worst experience ever and still having ongoing issues with this company! I cannot speak worse about a company I have ever dealt with in my life. ... long story short... April 2018, received CPAP machine. since then have returned and paid for CPAP machine. ... in 2020, I am getting billed twice for the same product, tubing, received in April of 2018. Turns out first representative gave me incorrect information. Manager put me on hold for 20 minutes to tell me first rate was insurance rate and second rate is self pay. Was on hold to be told information the representative should have known correctly. If you want to start with this company, I hope you are ready for endless bills.
I Was treated very disrespectfully and poorly and had the phone Conversation abruptly disconnected. I do not recommend using them.
Does not return calls. Does not even answer the phone. Extremely poor customer service.
