Took in a Trek to convert the gear system into something more my style. Requested it only be done if they thought it would work and last for the ride style and terrain I was planning it for. And that I ride pretty rough, and daily. ... If perfect is actually a thing, they made it happen. After over a year riding it every day since... It's a dream. There's no way I can state how absolutely incredible the bike has been with the conversion. Rides like it's doing a film shoot. Director and cast all in tears from the performance. Very good place to get your bike rolling the way you want.

Great shop. They helped me with my cleats that were squeaking while riding. Most appreciated. My riding buddy needed a new tire and was able to get one and use their floor pump after he replaced the wormed out tire. My friend and I were able to sit in the shade by the front of the shop. Randomly stopped to look at kids' bikes. Son immediately saw one he liked. Trek is a solid brand and the service was great and friendly. Fast as well, and with kids around, that's important.
