Stay away from this company. I used there service for two years. Napkin and towel for restaurant. For the napkins I would say there around 100 out of 300 are dirty. Towel 40% are broken and dirty. And Is over charge. I try to cancel the service for a month I am still have to deal with them at this moment. They try everything to not letting you cancel and charge you unnecessary fee.

I've used their service for about 6 months now and have had problems almost on weekly bases. They either don't receive the merchandise from their supplier, lose uniforms, bringing back partially cleaned uniforms, unrepaired uniforms, incorrect sizes,... Contacting their management was not much of help either, if you get hold of them. They said they were sorry that they could not provide the level of service I was expecting, meaning finding the lost uniforms and bringing them back clean and on-time). So they decided to canccel the contract. Their managers should not be asked to run the UPS. Very disorganized, rude, unprofessional and liars too.
