It's unusual to see such negative reviews after my excellent experience today where I utilized the notary and mail service. No long waiting lines and the owner was really helpful and attentive. They offer shipping for all the main postage companies and have post boxes you can rent. Disregard the previous negative comments, they're mostly referencing a problem employee who has unfortunately tarnished the store's reputation.

Truly abhorrently bad customer service. Made several appointments to get fingerprinted here and no one shows up. Working hours, have an appointment confirmation, and no one is even in the office. When I’ve gone here in the past for shipping needs, the lady at the front desk is extremely rude and bad at her job and doesn’t wear a mask. I urge you to never consider using this business.

Went to do a fingerprint. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. Employee was not wearing a mask and did not follow any social distancing guidelines. Walked right at me and did the fingerprints pushing my hand on the machine making sure I did it correctly

I've always been very happy with them. My package is always there, mail also. We've been late on paying our box and they've been patient with us to pay it. Not like we let it go a month or more, a week at most. But my mom and I have been getting mail and packages here for years.

Employee was not wearing a mask. This is in opposition to Covid regulations and is unacceptable in a customer-facing job. I will not be back and I advise anyone who doesn’t want the virus not to visit either.
