I've seen people write that the owner is rude, I would say he is stern but not rude. Their business focus is commercial landscapers who know the scientific name of the plant they are seeking. I'm a repeat owner and I remember early on him telling me that if you come with the scientific name, he can get it. They are not there to help you pick what plants you want, they are there for the trained professional who knows what they want. Go to the website, download the plant list and know what you want. The quality of the plants are the best quality. This is what should really be rated.
I arrived here today to pickup plants for a commercial landscaping job. Greeted by the owner who introduced himself as that ,he graciously pointed me in the direction of his foreman....whom I've met before! Martin - He seems to run the show and is very efficient. Great Guy. Good prices ...Good service....Easy , Quick Loading , help tying down the load. IN & OUT.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Customer service was beyond atrocious. Owner cursed in front of our children multiple times while on the phone with another unsatisfied customer. He was completely dismissive and walked away from us multiple times while we were trying to ask questions. He did not know pricing and made us look up pricing on phone and then after our order of 9 trees was loaded in our car, he increased the pricing by 10%. We unloaded our order of well over 1000 and left. Terrible experience. He told his workers not to help us get the order off the truck.
