this place has gone to hell, but Jessie the new manager is doing her best to put it back together. she's a hard worker and she's got a lot of things done. so as far as I'm concerned there is actual hope for Arbor Manor to become the beautiful Park it was when I moved in here. I gave it three stars because it is coming back together. keep up the good work Jess

I have lived in this park for 10 years and have gone through five different managers. I'm sure it's like every other park it has its issues, but I have to tell you that I don't think you could find another park that has as many amenities as this one for the amount of lot rent that you pay. It is cheaper than most one bedroom apartments.
A very old park. Dirty& hard to get around in. No parking!
Because of the coronavirus the amenities in the park are kind of shut down but the park is very quiet New Management has cleared out the bad homes New Management doing a good job
I'm a contractor on my 3rd project at Arbor Manor. I also have a close friend living there who I've stayed with in the past. Apparently the change in managment has landed the perfect person in place as on site manager. Dave (and his wife) got right to work straightening out any problems that had crept in. Just what the doctor ordered you could say. The clubhouse is spotless as is the pool. Available to residents are sauna, hottub and full baths for their guests. Trash pickup is twice a week as well as the bulk trash dumpsters. Grounds are kept up well. Police and fire are there in a jiffy if needed. I would recommend it to anyone on a fixed income as the costs are low and the folks living there are tight and keep an eye in each other. Two thumbs up!
