This company is AMAZING! From the owner Joe Kidder, to the office team Alicia & Niki, to the crew foreman Eric & stump grinder expert Alex and their team members. HANDS DOWN the best. They got to work quickly and completed the task of taking down a VERY LARGE live oak tree. Pricing was fair, the quality was amazing, and the customer service was top notch. Arbor Pro is a wonderful, honest and professional tree company. From the call to the office speaking with Alisha to the owner Jospeh Kidder coming to inspect the property and the crew coming to the apartment complex was easy and seamless. Arbor Pro removed 25 trees from the apartment complex I manage. I would highly recommend them. The price was great service was exceptional. After receiving quotes from several tree services, certainly glad we made the decision to go with Arbor Pro!! Every step in the process from the quote to the actual trim and removal was handled in a timely and professional manner. The crew put in a long hot hard working day but nothing was short changed and actually did more than I expected.
