The hoa is the farthest from professional. Everyone once you move in talks about how terrible the security and hoa handle any situation. They will harass you over trees and bushes they put into the community. Never clean the pools, bathrooms, community area. The dog poop holders stink 24/7. And the gardeners they pay for barely keep the area looking nice. All the people in control here are major jokes, old people who have nothing better to do than harass the people living here. I wouldn’t move here if your a young family. The only thing good about this area is the neighbors are close nit they help each other however it’s hard when people constantly break into the community. I recently had someone harassing, stalking, and trying to break into my unit. I put up signs to notify the community to not let this person in however the hoa who praises they are safe with gates etc went crazy as I need their permission. Tryna make the people living here feel like kids or preschool students who need permission to put up posters of a lost dog or just anything to help the community. They now harassed called me and cussed me out as well as kept walking back and forth outside my unit. Really creepy and Far from professional. The people living here or renting are all so sweet it sucks as we all deal with the angry old board hoa always harassing us. Because of this they are now driving me and three neighbors to move out because they can not stop harassing with letters, calls, and walking back and forth in front of people’s units. To put a cherry on top there are cockroaches living in the units and outside the buildings. Yeah a real nice area. I hope people read this and see through the jokes the community is. If I could put no stars I would of. This is fully my opinion I have every right to one as well as all neighbors. I bet ya I’ll be threatened because of my own review and opinion but oh well it’s my right!
