This place has provided the best service I've ever experienced in a printing place. When I called Jeffery was super patient with my ignorance and he helped advise my selection by actually listening and understanding my use parameters. My go to place for everything printing now. I like the easy parking too!

Due to issues not related to the printer I had not received 1/2 my order & as soon as Arc, found out they not only communicated with me a few times to ensure it was the proper document. They also went out of their way to ship it to me Overnight @ no cost to me, after already going out of their way to halt other orders in print to re-print 1/2 my order & still the whole team banded together so as not to delay anyone else's order. A personal Thank You To: Brie, Jeff & Chris for going above & beyond & with professional patience, understanding, open communication & kindness. If You Need Qaulity Work Done with a healthy dose of Awesome & also want a great team to work with. These Are Your People! Arc Definitely Has That Spark. Amazing customer service. My wife called to get some school books printed for the kids, and from the moment she talked to them to the moment we picked up our books everything went so smoothly. Once we got home and got to look at the quality of the books we were extremely impressed. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future printing needs.
Pleased. Personal quality work done on a small personal project. ARC does all kinds of projects, both small and large. Mine was small enough to where I could have taken it to a self-serve printer station at an office products store, but after trying that, the copies were produced carelessly and they were not clean. This was so much better. Thank You
